Application Process

The downloadable application and application process instructions are found below. Please follow these instructions and submit all completed documents to: applications@streamline831.com

  • Provide Full legal name, email address, and phone number.
  • Indicated desired move in date.
  • Complete the Rental Application: One application (per adult 18 and over); answer all questions and sign the application. Only completed applications with applicaton fees will be processed.
  • Income documentation:
    1. Copy of the two most recent paycheck stubs, or offer letter.
    2. If self-employed, copies of the two most recent years of income tax returns.
    3. Documents supporting recurring income from other sources.
  • Verification of employment
  • Verification of assets-bank statement
  • Criminal background check by MYSMARTMOVE.COM Note: costs will be at applicant’s expense.
  • Copy of Credit Report
  • Previous Landlord reference, letter or phone call.
  • Copy of valid Drivers License or Passport
  • Have pets? Provide picture and a description of pet.

Qualifications

Credit history must be satisfactory. Any derogatory credit may result in your application being rejected. Combined monthly income should be at least three times the monthly rent or amount listed in the advertisement. Rental references must be satisfactory for the last two years. If you have ever been evicted or sued for a lease violation, your application may be rejected.

Approval and Lease Signing

When your application is approved, you have 48 hours to sign the lease and 48 hours to send property management the security deposit.

Security Deposit

We require a cashiers check for the security deposit. All checks are to be made to Streamline Property Management. Please input your new address in the memo line. Note your security funds will be held in a trust account FDIC insured for your security.

Please note we may be able to accommodate and meet in person for security deposit exchange.

We utilized Doc-u-sign for digital Signatures

The lease will be emailed to you to sign electronically (unless arranged otherwise).
